Parking & Arrival Instructions 1. Locate the Garage: Look for the Splash signage pointing toward the parking garage across the street from the main building. 2. Entrance: Do not enter the first right-hand entrance, as it does not serve the property. Please continue past it to the second entryway, which features a ramp leading up into the garage. 3. Unloading: You may park anywhere. Luggage carts are available in the garage to assist you in moving your items across the catwalk to the main building. Registration (Parking Pass & Wristbands) Once you cross the catwalk and enter the glass doors, the registration desk will be on your left. - Note: Please proceed past the Vacasa desk; you will register at the dedicated Splash desk just beyond it. - You will need to complete a one-page form here to receive your parking pass and amenity wristbands. Finding Your Unit (1502W) 1. After crossing the catwalk, you will arrive in the West Tower lobby featuring a blue "SPLASH" fountain. 2. Turn right at the fountain and follow the short hallway to the elevators on your right. 3. Take the elevator to the 15th floor. 4. Exit the elevator and turn right. Follow the hallway toward the end; Unit 1502 will be on your left.

In-Unit Amenities Family Essentials: Pack and Play (master closet) and board games/puzzles (bunk room closet). Beach Gear: A beach cart and chairs are located in the bunk room closet. Kitchen: Fully equipped with cookware and a dual coffee system (Standard pot and Keurig; please provide your own K-Cups). Tech: Charging stations are located on the living room TV stand and built into the bedroom lamps and nightstands. Roku instructions are located under the televisions. Toiletries: We provide starter sample sizes of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Resort Amenities Enjoy the heated pool, lazy river, hot tub, interactive splash pad, and fitness center. There is a poolside bar (open seasonally) and an on-site shop, with Alvin’s Island located directly across the street. Check-out Checklist: Dishes: Please place all dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle. Dishwasher tabs are located on the counter above the machine. Linens: Place all used towels, hand towels, and washcloths on the bathroom floor. Trash: Remove all food and drinks from the refrigerator and countertops. Dispose of all trash in the chute located just outside the door across the hall. General: Turn off all lights and electronics, return items to their original locations, and ensure all doors and windows are securely closed. Thank you for choosing to stay with us!
