Parking & Building Access Upon arrival, please park across the street from the main building. You can access Tower 1 via the street-level crosswalk or the air-conditioned causeway on the 3rd floor. Once inside Tower 1, please take the elevator to the 13th floor. IMPORTANT: MANDATORY VEHICLE REGISTRATION Majestic uses a camera system to scan license plates for garage entry. You must register your vehicle prior to arrival, or security will deny entry to the garage. Please follow these steps carefully: Visit the registration portal at: https://guestsvcs.com/pages/ext-guest-registration/ext-guest-registration.html?keyword=unit&symbol=0cc6223949ceeac5c5e5831fa5061b3f5b6f0803bd39f9 Enter your Check-In and Check-Out dates. For the unit if it is not automatically populated please use: MBR1-1313. CRITICAL: Select "Add Additional Vehicle" to enter your license plate and vehicle information. Complete the remaining fields and the required payment. It is $40 per vehicle. There are free spaces outside of the garage to park. The resort manages the covered garage and payments and it is the only way to gain access to the covered parking area.

On-site Amenities Pools & Wellness: 2 indoor heated pools, 3 hot tubs, and kiddie pool. Dining: Poolside Bar and Grill, Starbucks Coffee & Deli, and Market/Gift Shop. Recreation: Game room, tennis/pickleball courts, and a private theater (regular movie screenings; private rentals may be available). Beach Access: Direct boardwalk access with property-exclusive loungers. IMPORTANT: RESORT ARM BANDS Please return all resort arm bands to the basket provided in the unit. The resort requires these for all guests; please note that a $25 fee will be charged for each missing arm band not returned upon check-out. Check-out Checklist: Dishes: Please place all dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle. (Dishwasher tabs are located on the counter above the machine). Linens: Place all used towels, hand towels, and washcloths on the bathroom floor. Trash: Clear all food and drinks from the refrigerator and countertops. Dispose of all trash in the chute located just down the hall. When you exit the unit, turn left. The trash shoot is located inside a small room on the right side of the hall. General: Turn off all lights and electronics, return items to their original locations, and ensure all doors and windows are securely closed. Thank you for choosing to stay with us!
